Do you deliver? How much is the delivery fee?
Yes. We can deliver around Pampanga and anywhere in Luzon via Lalamove. Delivery fee is based on the calculations in the Lalamove app. We will inform you of the delivery fee for your approval before we book your orders.
I just placed my order. When can I receive it?
Orders made before 11am will be delivered the same day. Orders made after 11am will be delivered the following day. The time of delivery varies depending on the Lalamove driver.
I'd like to pickup my order. When can I get it?
We will inform you once your orders are ready for pickup. You can pick up anytime during our store hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm, at Fresherb Greenhouse located at 17-9 Encarnacion Road, Essel Park Subdivision, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
I received damaged plants. Can I get a refund?
We usually take pictures and send to you as proof that we released your orders to the delivery rider in good condition. Once handed over to the rider, handling and transport are beyond our control. Minor leaf stress or changes in appearance may occur during transit. Please unpack your plants immediately upon delivery to ensure recovery.
Refunds are subject for review and will only be considered if verified and reported within 24 hours that there is an issue with the quality of the plants even before delivery.
