Arugula (also known as rocket or roquette) is a distinct leafy green famous for its bold, peppery, and slightly nutty bite. Famous in paring with pizza roll or vegetable salad, it's loaded with vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folate, calcium, and beneficial antioxidants, all while being extremely low in calories.
